At Strep System, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Strep System account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
